"I can't say enough good things about Jonathan and the Next Generation crew with regard to the stucco repairs they performed on our home. They were all very professional, courteous, and such a pleasure to work with. I have to admit that I was skeptical when Jonathan first came to view our job because we had spoken with other supposed stucco repair people that did not work out at all. Although I try to be reasonable, I know that I have high expectations of contractors because I am somewhat of a perfectionist. But, Jonathan really listened to me and all of my concerns. He always made me feel like my concerns were valid and that I should expect a top quality job because that is his work ethic and that of his crew. I have to say that they lived up to that high standard. I was so pleased with the work that they performed on our home! Looking at our house now, you cannot even see where repairs were made. They matched the texture of our stucco and they went out of their way to match the color of every section that required repairs, no matter how small. "To put it bluntly, we were stuck – we needed an EIFS certified contractor to help with some stucco issues on our home and we could not get anyone to respond.  That is until we found Next Generation Walls.  The company location is not anywhere near home, but when I asked if they would travel Kristen answered “we go everywhere”.  We were off to a good start!   

From that point forward, the experience with Next Generation Walls was nothing but professional and hassle free.  We knew they were very busy dealing with storm damage, but they understood the urgency of our situation and their crew showed up prior to when we thought they would be able to squeeze us in.  This only added to our positive opinion of their professionalism!

We were thrilled to have the crew on site working, but even more thrilled when the owner, Jonathan, showed his dedication by being right there alongside his crew.  He explained exactly where there were issues, why there were issues, what the plan of attack was and how to avoid future occurrences.  He was exceptional to deal with and really cared about our home and the end result.  

The work Jonathan and his crew (who were equally as nice, polite and professional as Jonathan was) did is nothing short of outstanding.  If you didn’t know there was stucco repair done to our home, you would never be able to tell.  The areas they cut in, repaired and re-stuccoed are flawless.    The crew members stayed in a hotel and were away from their families during our construction.  We would like to thank them for the dedication to ensure our home issues were corrected.

Hands down, we are so grateful to have found Next Generation Walls, Jonathan, Kristen and their team.  We are now on their maintenance plan and have full confidence we will be protected from future issues.

"We recently moved into a older home that had plaster over interior cinder block walls. After moving in, we realized what awful shape the walls were in. They were uneven, some had weird texture, there were many gouges, and even raw cinder block walls after we removed some built in furniture. I called Next Generation Walls, and the process of restoring beautiful walls began! Jonathan, the owner, came out when promised and assessed the interior walls as well as some stucco issues on the outside.
